- Keep your physical SIM active for calls and SMS. Use the eSIM only for data.
- Turn off Data Roaming on your physical SIM to avoid surprise charges.
- Make sure your device is unlocked and connected to Wi-Fi during installation.
- iPhones can store up to 10 eSIM profiles; Android devices can store 5–7.
Troubleshooting
Can't connect after installing?
Make sure Data Roaming is ON for the eSIM line. Restart your device. It can take a few minutes to connect the first time.
Can't install the eSIM?
Ensure your device is unlocked and supports eSIM. Connect to a strong Wi-Fi network. Make sure the QR code hasn't been scanned on another device.
No signal at destination?
Restart your device. Try manually selecting a network: Settings → Cellular → Network Selection → turn off Automatic and choose a network.
Accidentally deleted the eSIM?
Try re-scanning the original QR code. If the eSIM was already activated, you may need to purchase a new one.
